Although the word crazy is an extreme and rather erroneous way to describe issues that people may be experiencing, therapists are not just available to help those with the seemingly more debilitating issues of mental health like major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc. Professionals are available to help you to sort out feelings and experiences that you are encountering in the present.

If you have recurring bothersome thoughts and feelings, indecision or confusion about a situation or life, etc., there are professionals available to help you to gain clarity and to reveal another perspective. Therapists are also able to offer understanding and empathy of your feelings which is sometimes just what people need to move forward.
